“I really loved this series. It is very heartbreaking to hear all of the pain that Samantha caused and the pain she personally went through in her life. I think the hosts did a wonderful job of balancing compassion for her pain with an immense amount of compassion and anger for the victims she hurt.
It was interesting to dive into Carrie Jade’s story and the other identities she inhabited. The storytelling in this podcast was wonderfully done. I very much enjoyed the narration, music, and transitions throughout the podcast. Sue Perkins is a great narrator.
I hope that Samantha is caught and held accountable for her crimes and the people she hurt. I really feel for their pain, the children who were affected especially because we may never know what impact she had on them, while also feeling for her loss and her story. I hope she gets the psychiatric help she needs and the victims get support in their journeys of recovering from the trauma she has caused them. ❤️”
