Interesting, but
Good premise for a podcast - I hate when true crime podcasts end with zero resolution - and this first case is interesting. But I was really turned off by the host having his coworkers talk about how great he is. I also found the first episode to be a bit repetitive. Almost stopped, but decided to keep listening for now because I’m interested in the case.

This is a compelling story, but the technical aspect is frustrating. The audio levels are all over the place, I am constantly reaching for the volume. The case itself is interesting, but I feel like they are trying too hard to trick the listener. There’s a whole episode (even in the affair episode) where they essentially try to convince you the wife was a innocent naive girl who loves horses and can do no wrong.
