Great podcast
Edit: That was a great recorrection guys. Still disagree with things but kept it more balanced and always brought it back to Christ and what we should actually be striving for in our personal lives even if society as a whole is not. Catching foxes used to be a voice of reason. It used to push against the mold. Encourage an orthodox Catholicism that was Christ centric not politics centric, as it should be but sadly is not throughout most of the country. A podcast that pushed Catholics to be better Catholics with Christ at the center. Not anymore. There have now been too many episodes in a row now where there is conversation on the terribleness of the left with 0 acknowledgment of how post modernism has totally influenced the right and is causing conservative politics to be entirely selfish based with charity and love for the poor being shunned. Luke or Gomer if you are bothering to read this. You cannot say the “alt-right” is unimportant part of American politics when they literally attacked the Capitol three weeks ago. You cannot bring up people wearing Che shirts (when most people wearing the shirts have no clue who Che is) without acknowledging the thousands of people with Q shirts. You cannot keep discussing how important being pro-life is without being deeply saddened by the execution of more people in the last 12 months than in the last 20 years, especially when theses executions were carried out by “Catholic pro-life” politicians. Your base is certainly more likely to believe Q than Che and your lack of discussion of the anti-Cathoic and un Christians ideas of the right while harping on the left is disappointing to say the least. You have become part of the conservative Catholic echo chamber that I loved you were not a part of. I sent an email to you through your website that was never responded about 2 months if you want to dialogue.

As a fellow Franciscan alum, I greatly appreciate y'all stirring up the image of a "typical franny." I was never one much for the stereotype, either, and your voice is a desperately needed one amongst the rest of the Catholic nerd-herd. Keep it foxy!Read full review »

Honest. Hilarious. These conversations speak to where I am in my walk with the Lord.
