Like being with friends; relatable, validating, warm
Catie and Erik’s podcast is my go-to podcast on my low executive function days and I’ll listen as I do house tasks. It’s relatable, real, and feels like chatting with a couple of really nice close friends. I found Catie on tiktok first where she helped me through the first year of my late-diagnosis journey. The podcast satisfies the itch to have a longer form version with the added benefit of co-host Erik who is a total sweetheart. Highly recommend to ADHD folks, especially those who experience depression too.

I am INFAMOUSLY unable to focus on speech driven sound, but I sat fully engaged and s t i l l for the whole episode. That was kinda remarkable. It was easy to connect and feel like i was kicking back with Katie and Erik on someone’s front porch.
