Simply put: Engaging and Helpful
I was diagnosed ADD as a child and after Ritalin failed me, my mom pulled me off. I don’t even recall the age I was diagnosed or how long I was on meds. Just garbled history of my past. I have “managed” my ADHD for years without ever realizing that it was the issue I was fighting. This podcast, and all of Catie’s TikToks and discussions, have really inspired me to dig down and learn as much as possible from our fellow Neurotypicals. And the way the information is presented makes it much easier for my ADHD brain to absorb. This information has also been helping my husband understand how to help me (and us) in our marriage. So many of the things Inhave struggled with are starting to improve because I understand them better. Thank you Catie, Erik, and all of your awesome guests. Cali & JD

Finding Catie and this podcast has helped me navigate to getting a diagnosis and mitigating being an adult receiving the diagnosis. They are hilarious and talk about relevant topics and hold nothing back! Highly recommend!
