Freaking amazing
I was diagnosed with ADHD in January of this year, at 31, and part of dealing with this is recognising for how much of my I have struggled. Listening to these two, stuttering like I do, going off topic, forgetting things being so open about their struggles and being amazing role models for imperfect self acceptance, have shown me that I am who I am, and that’s OK. In fact, it’s more than ok, because I am not alone. In this podcast They have created a beautiful community where those who are struggling can go to feel ok and accepted, and learn about themselves and the rollercoaster that is ADHD in a way that is interesting, funny, informative. I love it, and thank you both for doing this, and for all those who haven’t listen yet, do it. You absolutely won’t regret it!
