Fantastic
I discovered this podcast today, and I’ve already listened to 5 episodes. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD as an adult woman and they are able to put into words so many concepts that I’ve known about myself without being able to put a finger on. It is both entertaining and very informative, and the topics are backed up by scientific studies as well as personal experiences from the hosts. The most important thing I’ve gotten from this is the concept that other people struggle with some of the same things as I do, and that there is nothing inherently “bad” about the way my brain works. I’m very thankful to have stumbled upon this podcast.

More reviews of Catie and Erik's Infinite Quest
These two are so open and honest and oh so relatable. I was diagnosed with ADD at age 5, I have never learned more about myself or felt so understood. When the pandemic gets isolating I listen to this podcast because it feels like I’m just having a conversation with friends who get it.

Started watching Erik on TikTok HEYGUDE! Was absolutely impressed at how well I was learning about my son while also enjoying the content as it was presented. Can’t wait to listen to the episodes and I hope this endeavor takes y’all on a wonderful journey!

Catie & Erik are open & vulnerable and I can hear the things I’m sure my son wants me to know, but hasn’t told me. I...Read full review »
