Insightful, Hilarious, and Validating
My untreated anxiety masked my untreated ADHD for a very long time, and it wasn’t until I saw these guys on TikTok that I began to realize why my treatment for anxiety wasn’t “fixing all my problems”. As an avid podcast listener, of COURSE I followed them here, and I’m so glad I did — I’m constantly entertained and learning new things, but most of all I feel so, so validated. The number of times I’ve cried because they’ve said or done something that resonated so deeply with me? Uh, well, let’s just say ~enough~ for me to recommend this wholeheartedly!
