Connor brings on great guests and the conversations are warm and hilarious, with lots of time spent discussing queer subtext and marginalization in general, and often how the politics of the time at publication influence what paths the characters are allowed to take etc. It means a lot to me as a person who loved the X-men as a kid and didn’t have access to full shows or comics. I’m so grateful to this podcast for making this both special and soapy world more accessible to me and others.
