Selling yourself and your training services can be tricky as a personal trainer because, well, you probably didn't get into the field because you love sales; you got in because you love fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
But, in order for us to continue doing that, we need to have a basic understanding of sales, and how to effectively sell ourselves. We don't need to be sales experts, but we greatly benefit when we're experts in how our own services help people achieve their goals, and know how to convey that to potential clients.
