Should be called “Entitled White Boys”
The storytelling is good, yes. But to devote this much time, effort, and energy on two entitled white boys who barely acknowledged the help and compassion of the community they insinuated themselves into?? And no discussion of the social, racial, and cultural privilege they had/have? By the end I was so angry I spent so much time on this—and on them.

I can’t say enough good things about this podcast! I love this narrator’s voice, his use of music, his writing, they WAY he tells the story! Unique, interesting, top notch, quality. I am on the hunt for everything this writer does. Fantastic!
