“At first I just listened to this podcast if the episode was about one or more games that I already knew about. However, after a while, I started listening to episodes for games I had never heard of, too- and not only has it been entertaining, it's gotten me interested in a handful of games I never would have played otherwise! I've bought four or five games so far based purely on what I heard on Check It Out, Comrade.
My only issue- and unfortunately it's a big one- is that (as of August 2016) nearly every episode is plagued by tiny little "pops" and "cracks" in the audio, meaning that if you listen to it with headphones (which I do) it can be a bit painful.
Keep up the good work!”Read full review »

“Introduces me to stuff I’ve either heard of, or just never thought to try. Also good for vicariously experiencing games I’ll never have time to play. Keep up the good work guys.”
