Analysis, historical perspective, and critical look at both sides
This is an excellent podcast. The content on the podcast is a nice mix of quantitative analysis, with experts familiar with whatever relevant data; historical perspective, including with audio clips from earlier eras; and a decently balanced view that looks at pros and cons regardless of your political orientation. The Economist has a clear angle on any issue, but they try to identify arguments against their position, recognize its validity, and then offer a refutation. This podcast holds up that tradition.
