Really enjoyed the whole episode. The last topic, about different colonoscopy protocols was very surprising - who knew that colonoscopies can come with a happy ending!

I am decreasing the numbers of stars since my last review this past March, and we are at the end of June. Katy’s creaky voice (vocal fry) at the end of sentences is getting worse! My previous advices were simply discarded. Please, do something to increase a little bit your speech register...Read full review »

How have I survived without this show? I love how Katie makes me THINK about the daily decisions I make (or don’t make) and WHY I do what I do! I’m waist deep in listening to the whole back catalog and I’m loving it!

This show was recommended to my Behavioral Finance class by our professor so we can learn more about human behaviors even outside the school. As of this writing I have only listened to the first two episodes and they were amazing! I will definitely be listening more as it will not only help me...Read full review »

Dr. Katy Milkman takes the research insights from academia and turns them into actionable insights - a rarity in today’s world. She has a variety of guests from lots of disparate realms and doesn’t just burnish her own reputation by staying within a small range of topics that pertain to her work....Read full review »

Katy, great topics, guests, and insights. Please pump up your energy a bit. I’m reminded of the SNL sketches “Schweddy Balls” where the comedians mock NPR by talking in a exaggerated monotone.

Leon Panetta and the National Command Authority would have been completely gutless to do anything but take the Bin Laden compound. They took the highest potential shot and personally risked nothing to do it.

After listening to the humus episode it became completely clear that host Katie is a leftists activist, pushing her WOKE values in corporate works. Driven by leftists ideology, parading as a researcher. Blah.

This podcast is consistently a good listen. I often find myself wondering how they’re going to connect the story with the concept, which is definitely a good hook. The episodes are a good length… Just enough in depth without being overly long, and there’s a lot of ideas that can be applied in the...Read full review »

I’m so happy that this podcast is back again! This show has taught me so many useful things about biases, human nature, and thought-traps. I’ve listen to pretty much every single Choiceology episode, and I’m always amazed at the new stuff that I learn. I’m not an academic I didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn express last night, but I always feel smarter having listen to these episodes.

Always find your content engaging. I’m thinking about the West Point study related to the time of day for classes. I love early morning and I might have had a different outcome from the study. Time of day and motivation levels might be another interesting study.
