I’m sold
II’m sold. Chris Munce is articulate and communicates (as any music educator should) with clarity and soberness. He doesn’t claim to be an expert in any area he isn’t, he doesn’t shy away from the authority his experience has given him either. Completely relatable and a must for the choral educator! There is a 1 star review criticizing the podcast for dishonesty due to reviews prior to release. Though I recommend you listen before reviewing, take that as a sign that many love and support Munce in this effort, not that he is dishonest. I do not know Munce well and he probably wouldn’t recognize me, but I know his colleagues and a few of his students better and I sang in his collegiate ensemble its second year. He is loved by his students and his colleagues whom I’m acquainted with, is an example of professionalism, and this is definitely worth supporting.

My mind is blown is such a good way! It makes me want to learn more and really understand overtones. I especially appreciate the accessible ideas I can implement right away- and the idea of “rainbow ears” is revelatory! (Stay tuned to the end!)
