Knowledge is Power
I have been curious even frustrated by many of these topics throughout my life, much of my concerns kept me from the gospel until I was about 22, even though I was “…Born of Goodly parents.” This is when I became a more devoted disciple of Christ, converted to Christ for the first time. Many of these issues have continued to bother me but they didn’t outweigh the spiritually defining moments that are the foundation of my testimony. Over the past few years some of my closest people: friends, children, siblings, have been listening to the shocking stories taken out of context as Scott mentioned in the episode I listened to today, which has pushed me to attempt to better understand these topics that are driving my loved ones away from the Lord and our Heavenly Parents. This podcast has become incredibly valuable to me! Thank you for tackling these topics in a straight forward manner, not sugar coating, or trying to explain anything away. Simply providing researched information, delivered in a way so many can relate to! Mindy Bennett
