“I find this podcast fantastic and does a great job of not shying away from the multiple perspectives that can be had on a topic. This especially helps make clear the many nuances that are part of any historical situation.
My only recommendation is to broaden it to all of church history. What I mean by this is to include not just church history from the early 1800’s onward, but wrap in the church history from more ancient times. There are both unique historical situations and analogous situations to modern church history that could enhance the discussion. The topics from modern church history are not necessarily unique. Our ancient ancestors also had to deal with similar issues; maybe there are some situations where it has been handled better than us moderns have done. Just a thought to consider.
