There, on the ground, witnesses found the body of a 14-year-old boy, Cameron Franklin.  Despite the many calls to 911 and witnesses nearby, no one has been charged with the murder. In 1999, Lena Ranford's body was found by school children in Bond Hill, Cincinnati, Ohio. The 33-year-old was a mother of two children and had been strangled to death. Her eldest son actually passed his mother's body on the way to school and didn't realize the deceased was his own mother.
