Boring, Unfunny - and Cilizza is predictable
This guy blasted John McCain on the issue of his health during the 2008 presidential election only to then come out and say why Hillary's health issues during the 2016 presidential election doesn't matter, then only to write an article (after considerable blowback on social media) about how its different now. He is a one trick pony, and that pony is to swallow whatever the political left gives him to swallow. Without a doubt he will try to use this podcast to push a political agenda. The only 5 star reviews are from Tony Kornheiser's loyal listeners who will support anything with the show, not because it itself is any good, but because they adore TK that much. At the end of the day, Cilizza is a hack as a radio guest/podcast host as he is a writer (I won't call anyone in media an actual journalist as the practice is long dead) for the Washington Post. Essentially copying a segment of the Tony Kornheiser show, that he is affiliated with, into his own seperated "podcast"(??) is what you would expect from this hack. Cilizza is extremely unoriginal and his predictable obvious sarcastic try at humor gets old after his second "joke". The man hosts a local DC bar trivia, asks the same questions to the TK show hosts/guests which is popular only because of how TK responds - and then believes himself able to have a podcast that most likely recycles the same questions he's used elsewhere.Read full review »
