Short, simple, and sweet
I tend to zone out, especially when I am multitasking and let's be real, how many of us have time to really just sit there and listen to all these podcats with our undivided attention? This podcast is so easy and interesting to listen to that I am hooked and remain fully engaged even while doing other things! The topics are germane and informative, especially in our current political climate. The interview format is great, especially with the simplicity and development of the questions, it makes the point of the content very clear and concise. I love the real world application and examples that are given; I've learned much because of it, even on topics that I do remember from school. Another plus is that each episode is short and sweet; so easy to just play one without feeling like you're committing too much time (I prefer to listen to an episode in one session). Thanks and keep up the great work!Read full review »

More reviews of Civics 101
This is a great podcast for those, like myself, who have little to no recollection of how the government works from my high school civics class. Each episode is short and to the point, helping the listener get a succinct, clear understand of the topic at hand.

This topic is way over due. Absolutely love it and my only ask is .. " Do Not " stop at 100 episodes. This needs to be something NPR adds to regularly and forever. Very informative and I LOVE it !Read full review »
