Great stories, well narrated
I see another comment was critical of the quality of the recording. It seems that problem has been sorted out for a while now. There is no production to these narrations like you hear on Variant Frequencies or Drabblecast, just straight narration. But the audio is good quality now. I've really come to enjoy their taste in story selection, but what got me very early on is Kate Baker's great narrations. She does a great job of acting the readings without going overboard or getting distracting. Good stuff.Read full review »

I could listen to Kate Baker read almost anything, she has a wonderful voice and brings characters to life. Clarkesworld also does an incredible job selecting stories, I rarely come across one that I don't enjoy. I only wish I could listen in more than twice a month.Read full review »

Great stories with awesome narration. I actually used a story as a project for one of my art classes. Students added their own twist to a great contemporary piece.

This is one of the best podcasts I've ever heard. Kate Baker is wonderful and the stories have a depth that many of the scifi magazines have lost.
