“It seems everyone has a podcast these days, but this one stands out. I was surprised how different the interactions were from a typical interview (and most day-to-day interactions). I think the difference comes from Alan Alda being so present and interested. I could sense that he really heard his guests. Then I reflected on how I communicate.
