“This programme/podcast is an excellent reminder of just what the Licence Fee goes towards.
Digital Planet seems to be able to maintain a balance to keep me, an IT-savvy listener, interested without being patronised, as well as competently introducing new technologies in a manner that is easy to understand but sufficiently in-depth so that you do actually come away with the feeling that you have learned something new.
The presentation by Gareth Mitchell with Bill Thompson is far from dry and the programme is very well produced, as you would probably expect from the BBC.
I highly recommend this - I've even taken the time to write a review of it!
