“I’ve listened and tried to follow many professional organizers and Cass, for me, has been the best fit by far. Her approach that there isn’t just one organizing style is 100% accurate! It’s like a light bulb moment once you get what style you are and your family members are.
Also, I REALLY appreciate that she doesn’t sound like a salesperson. So many others cram their products down your throat. One in particular that I used to listen to tried to sell a $400 program approximately every 5 minutes. Cass does not do that at all. She might mention her books (both very reasonably priced and well worth it) but it’s done in a non-pushy way.
