Your podcasts affected so many areas of my life including my financial goals, real estate strategy, and my consumption habits. You have even gotten me into reading stoic philosophy and epectitus! Some of my favorite episodes include “David Ramsay says debt is dumb,” “how many rental houses do you need to retire,” and “early retirement, simple math=shorter path.” I am 3-4 houses away from completing the growth phase of my journey and am so thankful for your advice. I would love a copy of your book so I can review that also!”
