I've been a subscriber since nearly the beginning, and I have really benefited from hearing Tom's perspective on coaching the game of soccer. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and generously shares it with anyone willing to listen. Tom also invites guests with a variety of perspectives that challenge my own thinking about the game.
