What sets this show apart is its humor, high production quality, and entertainment value. One week may bring a theme park-related game show with real prizes; the next, an interview with an Imagineer. Throughout it all, hosts Mike and EB lend their affable selves to us, the lucky listeners. They also love and rely on listener input, and I've called in a live trip report many a time, or submitted items for shows such as their most recent "Listener Question Show".
Sure, they may go off topic once in a while and talk about, say, an 80s movie. Or go into an improvised character (Bob the Lobster anyone?) But they have a genuine love of regional parks as well as the biggies (Disney included), and they embrace the magic with a childlike enthusiasm that is hard to beat.
