I’ve kind of bounced around from beginning episodes to the “sweet treat” episode. I’m gng to start from season one, but whewww.. these podcasts have wonderful little nuggets of wisdom and lightbulb moments that are so easy to understand. Your voice is also really calming which is nice. Thank you so much for sharing your vulnerabilities.

I am having big breakthroughs with this podcast, the images or metaphors and practices are soft, subtle, said with all the time we need to absorb and retain them.
