I found hope!
My husband and I have been listening to Codependency Alchemy together. After listening to the first Episode we were hooked. I never, ever would have imagined that we could actually get to a healthy relationship. Finally, after 20 years of marriage I’m finally able to put up boundaries for myself, and I am learning to listen to how I am feeling and where I am feeling it in my body. My husband finally understands that I’m not looking for him to be what I need, but to let ME be what I need. Codependency truly is the “mother-wound” and I’m finally learning to deal with it instead of running backwards right into it. (If that makes sense) So, thank you for sharing your journey and wisdom Alyssa. You’ve truly brought hope to our marriage. 💕🤗🥲
