The perfect commute company
I've been listening to this particular podcast for quite a few months, and it just is (as the title says) the perfect company for my daily commute!! As developer, I have to stay up to date with the rapid changes of the technology, and this podcast puts everything in perspective, with the nice touch of each one of the hosts of the show, a great sense of humor, a good and honest opinion about the current trends and the best jokes I've had the chance to hear on this media... Thank you guys for turning my one hour commute a pleasure instead of the torture it is supposed to be. Maybe as a suggestion, I'd like to know you guys opinion about entity framework, database first vs code first... Advantages and disadvantages, perhaps talk about other ORMs and what the possibilities of using this tools vs the traditional ADO for large applications. Today when I'm using EF for the company, I use the database first approach to be able to use a lot easier the stored procedures for heavy lifting operations (having some times to painfully modify the tt files), but I just heard that EF7 with the launch of vNext is going to discontinue this... What do you guys think? Anyway, keep the great work and thank for all your great effort keeping this podcast alive. GRACIAS. Juan C. GarciaRead full review »

I'm a beginner programmer and found this easier to understand & way better than my sleep-inducing college programming class. It's also a nice break from the chaotic, dumbed down Ebola-pro-sports-Kardashian-world. Keep up the good work, Dudes (you make learning fun & free). Grade: A+Read full review »
