Coffee Break French is Brilliant!!
I started to learn French myself about 3 months ago. I searched the internet for lessons and podcasts. Coffee Break French offered by far and away the most accessible lessons i found! Mark is such a great teacher...after going to school and university, i would say that Mark is one of the best teachers i have had!... and unbelievably, its free!! His co-host, Anna, is learning along with the listners, and she is also fantastic. Mark teaches in a patient manner - the show doesnt overload you with words straight away, but it isn't too slow either. It is a show for beginners, but it really teaches the fundamentals better than any other lessons i have found. As the weeks go by, the lessons become more advanced, but no less accessible! The podcast production and sound quality is top notch too, and there are various extras along the way. Thank you Mark, Anna and the gang at Radio Lingua... my French is really improving now and it is all thanks to you. Many thanks, Josh From Down Under.Read full review »

This is a great podcast for learning French and it's a lot of fun to listen to as well. It's very helpful for understanding how the language works and is extremely good for hearing the correct pronunciation. A special thanks to Mark and Anna, who give a brilliant lesson.Read full review »
