Best Podcast Ever -Practicing human app request
I want to make this review as easy as possible. Major advantages of listening to this podcast on a daily basis: 1- You feel calmer 2- You can use the guided practice regularly, for example, use 4-7-8 breathing technique in your daily life or on a stressful and busy day 3- You can be more present in the moments and with your life. The only thing that I highly recommend Cory to do is to build an app because some people like me might not use social media at all and I want to be involved in his Facebook group or his updates through Instagram but due to that reason, I can’t. I want to say thank you, Cory, for your meditation courses through simple habit and also your daily podcast.

I have been a student of Cory’s for over 2 years now, and his teachings are endlessly insightful and profound, while somehow also simple and to the point. I absolutely love that this is a daily podcast! It inspires me to keep with my daily meditation practice. Keep them comin’ Cory!
