Speaking this week is our Lead Pastor, Simon Liversidge, presenting "Being Part of God's Family." As He is dying, Jesus takes care of His mother by giving her a new home. As part of Jesus' family, life looks different. Being part of God's family means: I have a family history. I am an heir to God's promises. I know how the story ends. Even though Jesus feels abandoned on the cross, just as David did in Psalm 22, His faith remains strong as He knows how His story ends because He knows who His family is.
