“These guys are hil-a-ri-ous lol
What makes them so great is that they're a team that works together, they're not to young but not to old (so you get balanced opinions on topics), they are all extremely intelligent (they discuss things in ways to make you think), and there are 6 of them.
Because there are 6 of them, they all bring their own personal flavor's of humor to the table. Which makes the podcast that much more enjoyable.
I will say that I do think that they need to work on everyone's participation. It would be nice if everyone brang a topic to the "things we not gone talk about" segment.
