I am a pediatric registered dietitian and just finished listening to the podcast on “Why do we care about kids and vegetables.” I couldn’t agree more with all of the points made about the idea of “good” vs “bad” foods. I am always reminding parents to avoid “sneaking” foods into things their kids eat so that the learn to appreciate foods for what they are...ie: learn to enjoy peas as peas and broccoli as broccoli. Thank you so much for sharing this!!

Such a timely podcast about back to school lunches as I am headed to be a lunch volunteer at my kids’ school for the first time! Amy and Virginia give a great balance of real-life advice and science-based evidence for parents navigating food for ourselves and children.
