“I started listening at least a year ago. I have listened and still do listen to some other (not to be named here) comic book podcasts. This is the one I listen to every week. Life is hectic. As the wise saying goes "Ain't nobody got no time fo dat". I make time for this.
It's generally 4 co hosts. Each one of them brings in something I couldn't imagine the show without. I'm not going to do a bio on them all, but holy crap, you need to hear Bob.
This guy, first off you can tell is as nice a guy as there is. What's truly mind blowing is his knowledge of comic book history. The show could bring up an issue one of the hosts read and Bob can explain what comic each character first appeared in, how it relates to the current story, what their backstory is, what they were wearing, and what Stan Lee was wearing when he wrote the story. Ok the last one is a slight stretch. As of now. Bob might say something like that this week.
I listen every Saturday (podcast releases new episodes each Wednesday) while multitasking around the house wearing my headphones. It is very common for me to start laughing and have my wife or kids look at me like I'm crazy. I can't recommend this podcast enough. If you love comics, you'll love this crew.”Read full review »
