“I enjoy Joe and Jimmy's take on the pop/geek culture. Their news is as often as not from real inside sources and always entertaining. The interviews are almost always from people in the heart of comics and entertainment, from the creators to actors to colorists. This is the up-close industry view that makes the name of the podcast ring true!
The real strength of the show though is the breadth of stories covered. They keep this podcast from being a comics only show and being more an honest take on events and people that Joe and Jimmy are interested in. I have only visited NYC a couple of times but Joe and Jimmy give me nice peak into living in the Big Apple and when I get there again I have recommendations on everything from comic shops to steak houses to strip clubs to art house theaters.”Read full review »
