Just FIVE minutes! Creativity doesn't have to be all or nothing!
I SO appreciate the challenge Lisa gives in episode 2 to start with just FIVE minutes of doing something creative! My whole life I have been an all-or-nothing thinker and if I don't have time to do something for an hour then it probably isn't going to happen. Which is why I have only ever pulled out Lisa's lettering guides a couple of times. :/ But I can totally do 5 minutes! And slowly fill up my "creative bucket" every day. I also love Lisa's emphasis on mental health! Thank you Lisa for being such an inspiration. So excited to hear more of this podcast!!Read full review »
