“I’m listening more for the background noise. The protagonist (Brooke) isn’t endearing- far too needy/whiny for my liking. Hopefully she’s grown up in the intervening years.
As someone more like Apollo (grew up poor but went to great uni and got a great job/career) I find it hard to empathise. But being that I went to university with friends like Brooke I know they story is realistic.”
