I very much enjoyed your podcast and found myself taking every opportunity to fit in another chapter. I definitely binged on it. It was a great story with great characters except Tyler, what a dud! The accents were just fine and helped clarify who was talking and made the story easy to follow....Read full review »

So much fun to listen to. Looking for something similar

This show is absolutely amazing. As a first year male teacher at an Alberta University (Close to the setting in BC), it is super relatable and love the characters. Every time I listen it is an escape from reality and gives me the opportunity to put myself in the characters shoes to think “What...Read full review »

I have been listening to this podcast since the beginning. I am so sad to see it’s over but it is absolutely worth the listen. Easy to follow and listen to.

Love this podcast so much! The characters are so relatable and the voices are fantastic

The only “interesting” thing about this is the back and forth “will they or won’t they” between Brooklyn and Apollo and i found it old even in the 2nd season. The plot moves so slow and it’s honestly disheartening that all the relatable issues and ambitions Brooklyn had in the first season has...Read full review »

Used to really look forward to this but just finding the episodes are too short and nothing is happening in them. Twenty minutes of them fixing a toilet.. Kinda lame, sorry.

After a fun listening experience in season 1 I had high hopes for Season 2 but it felt like parts of it were stretched very thin (Brooklyn talking to Apollo, Amanda stuff). I’ll be listening to Season 3 but with less enthusiasm 😕

I am enjoying the story but the fake accents are really hard to listen to. Every other character seems to speak extremely slowly or have a terrible (Irish? English?) accent that doesn’t actually add anything to the story. I find it very distracting.

You won’t be disappointed

The new season is great but episode 23 just abruptly stops after 14:25 in the middle of the episode. I tried restarting but it keeps showing me that the episode is only 14:25 long, but there is no extro or ending or anything. Is that just a glitch on my phone? Thanks

So happy I don’t have to wait until August to find out how Season 2 ends! Neeeeeeded to know what happened as soon as the first episode finished. Is this a true story!?!? It’s so relatable. Can Season 3 come out now also… the artwork, narration and story just keeps getting better and better.

I am back for season 2!!! Loved the first season and was very much looking forward to the 2nd, podcast was very binge worthy, and helped me through the slow work days.

I love these stories! I’ll often listen to them on my runs and get transported into memory lane from my college days. Definitely a very fun and interesting listen!

The story gets pretty interesting as you keep listening and you feel connected to the characters. Great job! Can’t wait for the next season!

There are some funny moments in this podcast and some good messages here and there but it also has a lot of issues. First, the voice actress isn’t very good at accents but seems to want to give an accent to every other character. I also think it might have been a better option to hire someone...Read full review »

I rarely find good podcasts that keep me interested all throughout. However I absolutely loved this! The only thing I will point out is.. I hope Brooklyn will learn to stick up for herself, and have a lot more self love. She does not need to reply nor tell Tyler anything about her life anymore....Read full review »

Super great podcast! Kept me interested the whole way through! I am Canadian so this was a nice change from the American movies and book views that we mostly see. I hope others enjoy this as much as I do!

I’m from Vancouver so all the locations she talks about give me a reminiscent vibe from that time. A fun listen.

Honestly this is the best, most relatable podcast I’ve ever listened to! So relaxing, moving and empowering. Every grad should listen to this!

This story is hilarious. Only just finished episode one but the accents are the amazing. No spoilers but I think the dude with the cake is my favourite character in literature.
Model user via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 07/16/20
This is a really well written story. It paints an engaging picture of what life is like for a young person negotiating life as a new grad in Vancouver: starting work, looking for a place to live, and seeking romance and connection with friends.
Mamee_D via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 07/16/20
The stereotyped characters are awful (and as an English person I found one downright offensive) Good idea but needs much better writing and decent humour

Although not completely the same as my life, this is pretty close!! As a university student graduate and returning to school and being out of a toxic relationship, I absolutely love listening to this podcast and the positivity that comes from it!
ali knapp via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 07/13/20
As a soon to be English grad recently out of a relationship, I relate to Brooklyn so much but the awareness Brooklyn has about her life and how perfectly imperfect she is makes her that much more woke
Bx_olly via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 07/09/20
I’m listening more for the background noise. The protagonist (Brooke) isn’t endearing- far too needy/whiny for my liking. Hopefully she’s grown up in the intervening years. As someone more like Apollo (grew up poor but went to great uni and got a great job/career) I find it hard to empathise....Read full review »

Good story, terrible fake accents. Why did a secondary character need to be Irish?
Deca403 via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 06/06/20
I love how this podcast is basically an audiobook of a real life post-grad. As a 2020 postgrad myself, this podcast has made me cry, laugh, and think a lot more about who I am. Thank you for this, it was so needed during this time of my life! 💕

I hope I would not offend the host and creators, but in my opinion it would have been better if it was narrated by someone who is a bit more advanced in acting. Please hire voice actors....I’m sorry but the Irish accent is terrible 😭😭 great story idea but if it had an actual cast it would be even better
