“Love this podcast. I’m a new agent in Houston, TX and I seriously wish I could meet Jennifer IRL and socially distance hug her. Or air five her… My 1st few podcasts of hers were the 5pillars of real estate. I am now starting to Market ME! Taking tips like “Don’t meet your new clients at the house!” Has made my clients tell me “I love how you actually care about us as people!” Or “You're different than some of the other agents we met”. I meet them in a tea or coffee spot, or even over lunch to get to know them. It makes a DIFFERENCE! I am finding my path and I owe a lot to this podcast. I listen to it on the way to a showing, contract signing, meeting, even networking events. It gets me in the zone. My team Leader mentioned that I like to start off my motivational meetings with “So I heard this from the podcast I’m listening to…Jennifer said we should finish the sentence - Wouldn’t it be fun if?” 😂 I have my goal for the next year.
