Sammy Burt is a visionary systems coach and consultant, focused on transforming leadership and organizational culture. With over a decade of experience, she partners with organizations to enhance team performance, leadership, and create cultures of joy and purpose. Sammy is part of the founding team at Farleigh Performance, and is the founder of Backpack, and serves on the Board of Advisors at Storm Consultancy. She is also a trustee for Unseen, the UK’s modern slavery charity.
Her work blends evidence-based strategies with human behavior insights, making her coaching impactful and accessible. Sammy is writing a book, "What's a Grown-Up Anyway?" which challenges traditional ideas of adulthood, focusing instead on qualities-based development.
