For years I’ve watched many wellness and spiritual influencers/gurus flirt with conspiracies and anti-intellectualism. I’ve had one foot in and one foot out of the community for this reason (also for its obsession with white women and inability to think critically about race and not just spew out empty messages of ‘world peace’). Thank you for bringing a much needed measure of balance and rigor to spiritual topics.

**the 1-star reviews are clearly meant to detract from the real conversation, disregard them. Really love what’s being talked about in these podcasts!
