“Just as the restoration of the church is ongoing so is my own personnel restoration. I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ my entire life and have had long held thoughts, feelings, and prejudices that were part of our culture but not of our doctrine. I have felt a freedom and a new acceptance and awareness of other people, life styles, cultures, and denominations as I listen to other’s perspectives on differing issues in our society. It has been most valuable to my own growth as I have learned about the Savior and how he reacts to other people and groups coupled with the inspiration of our prophets and apostles. There has been a great need in my life to view certain issues in a different light so I can support my family members and others around me. Thanks for your great podcasts encompassing many different perspectives on life.”
