Surround yourself with like-minded people
At the risk of being wordy I have to express how much I love this podcast. I’m two episodes in and am hooked. As a woman who has aspired to work in sales I’ve only ever applied to sales positions via the traditional “send a resume in, wait for a call that never comes” routine. I’d love to hear more about the non-traditional recruitment routes that you have seen/heard of/experienced yourself. Girls aren’t raised to show up at someone's doorstep with an elevator pitch in mind, so I think a lot of us just need our butts kicked a little. I have no suggestions because the content and quality are great. I’d say “keep up the good work” but I know you’re a high achiever so I’ll offer kudos instead.Read full review »
