Super informative
Dave Arnold turns out to be a super great host and have a ton of great anecdotes from food to history. The show varies in format (guests vs questions vs vendors), so I recommend trying a couple episodes. If you are curious about food science, hydrocolloids, or you just enjoy industry stories, it’s a great podcast.

The questions are often quite technical from professional chefs, but there's some good basic info here...Read full review »
