A fun podcast
I'm glad the movie career didn't pan out -- I don't enjoy film or TV, and I would have missed the stories by the writer. This podcast is enjoyable, and has a great cast of familiar voices. The story is easy to follow, and though I haven't listened to every episode yet, there don't seem to be any slow points or plot holes. I agree with some other reviewers in that the episodes are too short. But they are just about average for this type of podcast. I'm honestly a bit tired of this genre, and would prefer more options that don't involve aliens/ghosts/mystical beings. But, Copperheart is a compelling addition to the canon, and I'm glad I stumbled onto it. Audio dramas are a fantastic way to tell a story without taking away from the imaginary worlds that books allow the mind to create. I look forward to more from this writer, and I am happy to hear some excellent voice actors involved in another quality production.Read full review »
