According to google it is an economy in which things are made and consumed in a way that minimizes the use of the world's resources, or uses them more efficiently, cuts down on waste and reduces emissions. It just so happens that there is a very unique case study being performed as we speak in Iceland at the Hellisheidi Geothermal Power plant.
