“I like how Heather fills in/educates the listener as to what's going on with the books, characters, and plot, as a classroom teacher would.
Sometimes I simply have to skip over her chat, as it is not always about knitting or spinning or even crafting. In the beginning episodes, the apologies for podcasting under a blanket or in an echo-y room got quite tiresome. And podcasting at a coffee shop! Eek! Not ok! I'd much rather she just posted the episodes without any chat, I really don't need the din of a cafe in my ears, if I want that I'll go out. Also, I was pretty horrified that she was always coughing into the mike, or adjusting her headset - pause and edit that out! I think these issues have been mostly taken care of in the later episodes, but if these things bother you, you might want to consider skipping ahead to the chapters for episodes 1-20.
