Jody and Lee bring a unique flavour and take at leadership, management and customer service that is both refreshing and entertaining. Drawing from Lee’s experiences throughout his career, Jody does an amazing job driving the conversation in the right direction, often digging deep into its roots, asking the questions that we as listeners would like the answers to. Never too late to start listening to the entire catalog; the content is not dated at all, and there’s a lot that anyone at any level can learn from this podcast.

Lee does an excellent job sharing entertaining stories of great customer service (and sometimes valuable lessons learned from service gone wrong). Jody Maberry is the perfect host, always ensuring forward momentum. I learn something new with every listen.
